They’re really easy to put on, I put big fuzzy socks over them just for added security. I didn’t feel any burning or discomfort at all. I left them on for atleast an hour then rinsed and dried as instructed. It recommended that I soak feet and moisturize the next couple of days but I just followed my normal routine. After 5 days I saw no sign of peeling so I had pretty much given up hope.
